Job Purpose:
To liaise with customers across all aspects of the business, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality is maintained at all times
Main Responsibilities:
Receive and accurately record internal and external enquiries.
Ensure all queries and issues are responded to promptly, thoroughly investigated, and effectively resolved.
Liaise with customers regarding return requests, making informed decisions about timescales, value, suitability, and potential reallocation.
Manage and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks, and emergencies, coordinating with all relevant departments.
Investigate and resolve issues related to missing orders.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
Advise customers on suitable alternative products when necessary.
Assist in promoting and maintaining health, safety, and security for self and colleagues. Perform other duties appropriate to the post and grade, as required.
Qualifications:
GCSE/O-Level English or equivalent

Skills and Experience:
Proficient PC skills
Previous customer service experience

Ability to work on own initiative
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Confident with good planning and organisational skills
A pleasant, helpful attitude toward both internal and external customers
