Our school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Start Club Assistant to help ensure that pupils start their day positively. Responsibilities include supervising and engaging with pupils in the hall or playground, setting up and clearing the room, assisting with breakfast service, supporting pupils in developing independence, encouraging good behavior, and providing comfort for minor accidents or upsets. A warm, approachable manner and the ability to promote the school’s positive ethos are essential. Key experience includes working with children and strong communication skills.
Requirements
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007, and membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details can be found here.

Responsibilities
