RS Teacher – Alton (GU34) | June Start | Paid to Scale UET1
A welcoming and supportive school in the Alton (GU34) area is seeking a dedicated Religious Studies (RS) Teacher to join their team from 1st June until Christmas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-resourced school with a collaborative department and motivated students.
The Role:
• Teaching RS across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress
• Full-time position
The Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching RS in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for inspiring students and promoting critical thinking
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
