The Opportunity

Typical work will include:

• High-value financial remedy proceedings
• Drafting and reviewing complex Forms E
• Cases involving trusts, business interests, and family assets
• Pension sharing matters and liaison with pension experts
• Tax-related issues, including coordination with UK and international tax advisers
• International family law disputes and jurisdictional issues
• Private children matters
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex and cross-border cases
