As a Finance Business Support Administrator based in our Head Office in Ripon on a hybrid working basis, with two days of flexibility to work from home, you will play a crucial role in our business.
Working alongside a team of Administrators in Finance, you will report to one of the Finance Business Support Team Leaders.
You will be responsible for:
* Accurate and timely data entry for customer and supplier set up
* Liaising with suppliers and processing invoices into our system
* Communicating with our branches regularly to resolve any queries
* Achieving daily targets to ensure deadlines are hit.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* The ability to manage multiple tasks so you can execute prompt resolutions for any customer or supplier discrepancies to ensure compliance with internal controls
* Previous experience working collaboratively with a team and independently
* A strong attention to detail is essential, as you will be dealing with figures regularly
* Some administration and data entry knowledge and experience is highly preferable
