Your new role
As an Administrator, you will provideprehensive administrative support across a wide range ofmunity-focused services. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support operational delivery and ensure a high-quality, customer-focused service.Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing administrative and secretarial support to management and wider teams
2. Handling queries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
3. Maintaining accurate electronic records and databases
4. Preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation
5. Arranging meetings, taking minutes, and organising schedules
6. Supporting project work and continuous improvement initiatives
7. Liaising with internal teams and external partners
8. Monitoring workloads and ensuring deadlines and performance targets are met
What you'll need to succeed
9. Previous experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment
10. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
11. Excellent organisational and time management skills
12. Experience providing high-quality customer service
13. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
14. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
