Lifeways is seeking a Team Leader to support the Management Team at Heath Farmour Residential Services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health issues, and challenging behaviour in all aspects of their daily lives.

Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) would be an advantage. However, dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress are also encouraged to apply. As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring that excellent person-centred care and support are delivered to enable individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Your responsibilities include recruiting and developing support staff through supervisions, interviews, and providing guidance. You should possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, individuals supported, and outside professionals. Good written communication and IT skills for record keeping are also essential.
