Working closely with class teachers and the wider support team, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment and providing tailored support to pupils across the school.
The Role:
* Support teaching and learning activities within the classroom
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
* Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials
* Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
* Experience working with children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
