Job overview
Our team is expanding, and we are looking for experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists with advance practice skills to join our MSK team.
The successful candidates will join our well-established team of ESP's providing orthopaedic and spinal triage using advanced level assessment and treatment in clinics across the London Boroughs of Havering and Barking and Dagenham. Advanced level skills such as injection therapy and independent prescribing are advantageous. There is support for CPD to attend relevant courses identified during appraisal.
The team work closely with and support our MSK physiotherapy service contributing to in- service training, clinical education, service elevation and service development.
Whilst mainly clinic based, there is scope to working from home one day per week. Laptops are provided.
We have good transport links to both London and Essex.
Main duties of the job
To provide a highly specialist extended scope physiotherapy role and operate as a team member within the Musculoskeletal Clinical Assessment & Treatment Service (MCATS) and Spinal and Musculoskeletal Service (SMAS) for North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) which will allow for the assessment, diagnosis and pathway assignation of patients with spinal pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
