The Role
1. Working with customers/suppliers/drivers and other traffic desks, planning routes and scheduling delivery times to ensure the smooth running of the operation
2. Prioritising workload, route planning driver brief and de-brief
3. Liaise with other depots, possess clear communication skills speaking directly to both drivers and customers
4. Strong organisational skills for planning schedules, journeys and loads
5. Proactively work to reduce late deliveries and missed time slots
