Were working with a well-established body shop based in Southampton, and theyre currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for vehicle refinishing and a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
* Mixing and colour matching paints accurately
* Applying paint using spray guns and other equipment to achieve a flawless finish
* Carrying out final polishing and refinishing tasks
* Ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards
* Collaborating with the body shop team to meet targets and deadlines
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Refinisher
2. Strong knowledge of paint application and preparation techniques
3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. ATA accreditation is advantage...
