\nOur client is a global defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a solicitor to join their highly-regarded fraud departments in either Manchester or Liverpool. The role has a high level of hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary. There is a retrain opportunity for solicitors with a background in defendant personal injury and a strong interest in insurance fraud work.

\nYour new role
\nThis fraud role will see you responsible for:
\n\n
\n\t
* Handing your own caseload of fraudulent claims including motor, EL/PL and organised fraud rings.
\n\t
* Leading high-value, complex fraud claims.
\n\t
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of large insurer clients.
\n\t
* Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
\n\t
* Partaking in business development opportunities to help grow the reputation of the department.
\n\t
* Undertaking litigation, advocacy and trial preparation.
\n

\nWhat you'll need to succeed
\nYou must be a qualified solicitor. Experience running your own caseload of litigated insurance fraud claims is beneficial. Applicants should be from a litigation background with previous experience running their own caseload. Senior applicants should have strong leadership and mentoring skill...
