You will haveexperience of dealing with the general public, be able to manage difficultsituations and have a fundamental understanding of medical terminology andsymptoms. You will have a good general level of education at GCSE level orequivalent. You will be able to keep calm in a sometimes pressured andstressful environment, be a good communicator and have excellent organisationalskills.
