We are looking to bring on board a passionate Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to help us in our journey. Reporting to the UK Head of TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment of external and internal talent to new roles at AXA XL.
This position will work closely with the talent acquisition team in the UK, Global TA and the wider HR community, hiring managers and candidates to make sure that everyone has a positive and professional recruiting experience.
The TA Coordinator should be a proven self-starter and have the administrative, organisational and communication skills necessary to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Flawlessly manage all interview scheduling, including coordinating availability, booking meeting rooms and sending interview confirmations to interviewers and candidates including any preparatory information required.
* Gather, record, store and delete written interview feedback in accordance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
* Assist the team with the posting of job adverts on a range of job boards.
* Help to manage the new joiner process, including preparation of employment contracts, coordinating approval and signature of contracts by HR Business Partners, working with the candidate to get all new joiner paperwork complete and ID verification and keep documents logged as required.
* Support the management of the pre-employment check process with the candidate and our partner company to ensure all information required is submitted in a timely manner, the checks are complete within an appropriate time frame and any inconsistencies are explained and approved.
* Assist with invoicing activities for the HR Operations and TA teams through creating Purchase Orders, maintaining communication with vendors and tracking expenses.
* Provide support to candidate and hiring manager queries via the Talent Acquisition mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses are provided.
* Provide recommendations to ensure continuous process improvement and efficiency.
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the TA function.
You will report to the UK Talent Acquisition Manager.

* Experience working with web-based candidate tracking system management and reporting is desirable but not essential (iCims is preferable).
