In this role, you will be responsible for digital take-offs, assessing project due dates with clients, precise cost analysis and risk assessment, and navigating complex project specifications and evolving market variables with technical acumen and strategic foresight. It also includes presenting completed projects to the management team.

The Role:
* Lead and organize departmental activities, prioritizing incoming bids
* Be the first point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction
* Manage the full estimation process, from analyzing blueprints to purchasing materials
The Candidate:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in Construction
* Strong proficiency in reading construction blueprints and drawings
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and vendors
