The Princess Grace Hospital - 42-52 Nottingham Pl, London W1U 5NY
Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours/week. Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm with possible Saturday shifts as overtime. Flexibility will be required to cover other shifts when needed.
Salary – Up to £28,708 per annum + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits, and career development opportunities).
We are seeking a Senior Sterile Services Technician to join The Princess Grace Hospital team. You will demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience in sterile processing, lead team activities including staff training, scheduling, and meetings in the supervisor’s absence.

Key responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards in sterile processing.
* Support various surgical service lines including ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, trauma, and transplant surgeries.
* Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and assemble complex surgical instruments, including robotic instruments.
* Oversee sterilization equipment and troubleshoot issues.
* Advise on proper cleaning and sterilization techniques.
* Follow up on recalls, verify sterilization cycles, and document actions.
* Identify staff training needs and support ongoing education and certification.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in sterile services.
* Knowledge of hospital policies, NHS or private sector.
* Health and Safety training, including Lifting and Handling.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and attention to detail.
