Are you a Residential Conveyancer ready to step into a role with real variety, autonomy, and support?

Who we’re looking for
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years’ experience (or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
* Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
* Great communication and client care skills
* Experience in business development or marketing (Desirable)
* Familiarity with case management systems
* Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Supervisory experience (desirable, not essential)
What you’ll be doing
* Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property matters
* Deal with sales, purchases, lease extensions, transfers, mortgages, and high‑value matters
* Work closely with an assistant for admin and file support
* Liaise with clients, referrers, agents and colleagues across four North West offices
* Contribute to business development and marketing activities
* Potential to support or supervise junior colleagues as the team grows
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £42,000–£50,000 DOE
