We're looking for a dedicated Site and Lettings Assistant to become a vital part of our staffing body and help us support our site team with our Lettings portfolio. Our sports facilities are available to hire by external sports clubs and are currently undergoing refurbishments to improve the provision. The successful candidate will work 16 hours per week. This is a 52‑week‑per‑year role, with a two‑week rota:
Week 1: Monday and Tuesday 18:00‑22:30, Saturday 9:00‑17:00 (includes a 1‑hour unpaid break on Saturday)
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday 17:30‑22:30, Sunday 9:30‑16:30 (includes a 1‑hour unpaid break on Sunday)
Responsibilities
* Carry out preventive maintenance and first line repairs as instructed.
* Undertake painting and decorating tasks in line with the maintenance programme established by the Site Manager.
* Monitor the standards of cleanliness of the premises and furnishings and report any deficiencies to the Site Manager.
Qualifications
* Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security.
* Ability to undertake DIY tasks.
* Good understanding of health and safety.
