Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver training to our bright and enthusiastic staff teams
* Develop and participate in employee learning and development programmes relating to all aspects of service provision
* Develop and deliver staff education, skills enhancement and development opportunities in accordance with Care Quality Commission, Skills for Health, Skills for Care, national occupational standards and NICE guidelines
* Inspire and develop a workforce-focused initiative to enhance the skills and knowledge of the national health and social care workforce
Qualifications
* Inspirational, qualified trainer / practitioner with experience and knowledge of health and social care provision and management theory
