Your new role
As a Science Teacher, you’ll be delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5 depending on experience). You’ll be part of a collaborative department that values creativity, practical learning, and student progress. Interviews will be held throughout the summer, so early applications are encouraged.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
2. Inspiring students through practical experiments and real-world applications.
3. Managing classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
4. Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
5. Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

What you'll need to succeed
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
11. Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting (including during training).
12. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
13. A friendly, engaging, and encouraging teaching style.
