The Role Analysis of new transactions and existing exposures, research and creating financial models to support the execution process Focus on Commercial Ground Rents and Social Infrastructure as well as the wider lending space Supporting the origination team in the development of new business Effectively liaisng with various teams including legal advisors, Investment Committee and management Investment reporting including factsheet production and responses to investor requests The Requirements Property Valuations experience Strong technical background, ability to model from scratch Excellent spoken and written English Strong interest and/or understanding of the real estate credit investment space
