Salary £27,500 p.a. (pro-rata) / Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140
1 x Permanent, part time (17 hpw), working on a 3 week rota between 8 am and 8 pm to include weekends, evenings and bank holidays
1 x Temporary (10 months contract), part time (19.5 hpw), working on a 3 week rota between 8 am and 8 pm to include weekends, evenings and bank holidays

What you?ll do
Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
Confidence working within safeguarding frameworks and commitment to delivering high?quality, person?cantered support.
The practical bits
You will be working on a rota between the hours of 8am and 8pm
You will usually work one weekend per three-week rota and bank holidays as required.
You'll be service based, supporting our customers in their homes across two sites: Edendale House and Greenside House which are 2 minutes? walk from each other.
We do get together regularly for training and team meetings, but you'll be paid for any time outside your usual working pattern.
You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
