Key Responsibilities: Support lead educators in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children Observe, assess, and record childrens progress in line with the EYFS framework Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and support Take part in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities Requirements: Early Years Qualification EYTS or Level 3 CACHE (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner (the more, the better!)
