Job title: Head of IT Services and Infrastructure

The client is a leading renewable energy company specializing in the development, investment, and management of renewable energy projects across Europe. What will you be doing?
1. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders within and beyond IT to define and realize the strategy and drive continuous improvement, and be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for IT service and infrastructure management.
2. You will ensure timely and effective support for end users through multiple channels, maintaining clear SLAs and performance metrics.
3. You will oversee the technology environment, including network, telephony, end-user devices, meeting room technology, and cloud infrastructure, as well as manage and improve office tools for productivity and collaboration. You will also oversee the budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our IT infrastructure competitive.
4. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity, and monitor and report on the performance of IT services and infrastructure, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
* Experience within the renewable energy industry.
* Leadership and management experience.
* In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and service management, including ITIL and DevSecOps practices.
