Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Mansfield for a Warranty/retail Administrator. Responsibilities include coordinating and processing warranty claims, maintaining warranty records, and ensuring claims meet manufacturer guidelines. The role also involves fostering customer satisfaction through timely resolution of warranty matters, liaising with manufacturers and internal departments, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with warranty policies.
Qualifications
* Experience in Warranty/retail Administration with attention to detail and compliance
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure positive outcomes
* Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal teams
* High level of Computer Literacy, with the ability to use warranty systems and tools effectively
* Teamwork skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive work approach
* Previous experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of Mercedes‑Benz vehicles is a plus
