Supported Housing Worker
Location: Somerset East & Somerset (primarily Shepton Mallet and Frome)
Salary: £25,685 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Primarily Monday to Friday

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Supported Housing Worker to join our team across Somerset East, primarily covering Shepton Mallet and Frome.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by delivering high-quality support and housing management services to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role
As a Supported Housing Worker, you will:
Deliver direct support and housing management services to clients
Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that promotes personal growth and sustainable move-on
Build and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders
Keep client records accurate, clear, and up to date
Track and manage referrals into the serviceYou will play a key role in helping individuals achieve greater independence while ensuring properties and tenancies are managed effectively.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
Is confident building positive relationships with clients and partner agencies
Has strong organisational and record-keeping skills
Holds a valid driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (business insurance required for work-related travel)Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week
Weekend availability required on a rotational basis
Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rotaAdditional Requirements
