We’re looking for an experience Senior Resourcer with Tech recruitment experience to support our recruitment efforts in both the US! This position will be vital in helping us build a high-performing team from within!
What You'll Do:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand resource needs across various teams.
* Source, screen, and interview internal candidates for open roles.
* Build and maintain a strong internal talent pool for future opportunities.
* Coordinate the internal mobility process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for employees.
* Manage recruitment administration, including scheduling, offer processes, and internal communications.
