We are looking for a head chef with kitchen experience, to run the day to day kitchen, menu planning, costings, to ordering.
We are a family run pub.
Responsibility will be running the kitchen, preparing and cooking fresh food, whilst maintaining good hygiene practices, with various associated tasks, as ordering, stock taking, menu planning.
This will be 5 over 7 working pattern, with weekend and evening including bank holidays.
We offer full training and uniforms.
Wages will be discussed based on experience.
