The Role We're hiring on behalf of a leading housing and regeneration organisation thats seeking a motivated and detail-focused Conveyancing Coordinator to support their Strategic Asset Management function. If you have experience in conveyancing and want to be part of a team delivering high-impact property transactions, wed love to hear from you. The Role As Conveyancing Coordinator, youll be responsible for supporting a range of land and property transactions from the disposal of surplus assets to acquisitions and strategic reviews. Youll liaise with internal teams and external legal professionals to ensure a smooth and compliant conveyancing process. Youll manage documentation, respond to legal queries, coordinate internal approvals, and contribute to ongoing improvements in process and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Support the disposal of void properties and land via auction or private treaty. Assist in the acquisition of properties through stock transfers or agreements. Coordinate internal conveyancing processes from approval through to post-completion. Collate legal packs and complete relevant conveyancing forms (SPIF, LPE1, CPSE). Liaise with solicitors, agents, valuers, and other professionals on land matters. Conduct site visits to define boundaries and clarify shared amenities or rights of way. Review legal titles and documentation, ensuring accurate advice is given internally. Oversee the signing, sealing, and governance of legal documents. Maintain accurate case management records throughout. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and codes of conduct. What Were Looking For Experience in conveyancing or property law is essential. Good working knowledge of legal documents including titles, leases, and contracts. Ability to interpret legal information and communicate it clearly to varied audiences. Strong attention to detail with a methodical and proactive approach. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Full UK driving licence some travel for site visits is required. Why Apply?
