Mon-Thursday – two-week rotation 06.00 – 16.00 and 0800 – 18.00 and Friday’s will finish 1 hour earlier on each shift pattern with alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half – moving to 1 in 3 Paying between £33,000 and £35,000 DOE and a full UK driving licence is required Core Responsibilities Front of House counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification. Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt. Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system. Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point. Ensure the Dealer point works to the criteria laid down in the Company Health and Safety policy. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when must be worn. General Duties Work with the team to ensure a strong top team ethos. Support the development of character, skills, attitude and superior individual and team performance. Ensure that you conduct yourself in a business-like and professional manner. Assist with maintaining a clean and professional Service and Parts area. Attend any training or development activity that is made available. Required Competencies To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally. To be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processes To be able to adapt and take on new skills and approaches. To be able to competently use GDS and associated software & systems.
