Your role as a Connected Home Proposition Lead involves supporting the development of specific OEB connected home devices, acting as the subject matter expert on the connected home market, trends, and developments, and ensuring these are integrated into range category plans and product requirements. You will lead dialogues on market impact and merchandising execution across in-store and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to and deploy the Connected Home strategy within internal teams and banners.
* Ensure proper communication of the range strategy to product teams, influencing project choices based on market potential.
* Analyze product range structures to meet customer needs effectively.
* Facilitate feedback from the Connected Home teams to product development within strategic frameworks.
* Support banners in implementing range strategies, ensuring proper integration of O&S products.
* Act as a 'salesman' for connected products, providing product positioning information to banner teams.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong commercial and customer insight, with a passion for product and business development.
* Experience in implementing global commercial projects.
* Project management skills.
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management and networking skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
