Position Summary:
This is a performance-based position, ideal for a senior-level professional with a background in sales and marketing who is ready to transition into a more autonomous, flexible, and purpose-driven role. You will play a key part in promoting and expanding our suite of transformational products to a global market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote personal development and professional education products across digital platforms
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to conversion, using company-provided tools and training
* Leverage online platforms to attract, engage, and convert potential customers
* Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
* Collaborate with a global team of professionals to share best practices and stay aligned with market trends
* Operate independently while maintaining consistent performance and communication
* Attend regular training and mentorship sessions to support professional development and goal achievement
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally in a self-managed or entrepreneurial environment
* Interest in personal development, and/or continuous education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a strong command of English is essential
* Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
* Comfortable with digital tools and remote collaboration
