Job Title: Early Years Practitioner, with immediate availability
Location: Atherton, Greater Manchester
Pay Rate: £89.44 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary, with Full-Time and Part-Time options
We are looking for a passionate and caring Early Years Practitioner to join a thriving early years setting in Atherton. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to supporting their early development through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions.
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies.
Recent experience supporting children aged 0–5 in a nursery or early years setting.

Creating a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
Supporting planned activities that encourage development across key learning areas.
Observing children and contributing to assessments, planning next steps in their learning.
Consistently building warm, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Helping to establish consistent routines that promote each child’s wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
