Salary:
£34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
A Graduate Project Manager supports the delivery of business and technical projects by working with experienced Programme Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Control professionals. You’ll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, contributing to planning, control, and assurance. Roles may include Project Management Office support, Portfolio Management, and Service Delivery. You'll help set up, deliver, and close projects, including managing finances and assisting with governance and reporting. You’ll also support senior managers, track risks, and monitor delivery performance. In Service Delivery, you’ll drive service improvements, manage incidents, and contribute to client reporting, while gradually gaining more responsibility and autonomy.
