D365 BC Senior Consultant

We’re recruiting for a D365 Business Central Lead Consultant to join an end user embarking on a Global BC implementation. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a passion for driving operational efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert-level support for finance-related applications, including 365BC.
* Analyse, configure, and optimise business systems to meet evolving needs.
* Lead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (DORA, GDPR).
* Support regulatory reporting and maintain technical documentation.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Strong understanding of finance modules (e.g., G/L, Accounts).
* SQL and AL development experience.
* Experience with system migrations, upgrades, and greenfield implementations.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable:
* 5+ years in IT functional roles, ideally client-facing.
* Experience with system integration and project management.
