We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher for a fixed term position for one year starting September 2024.
We are looking for a teacher who has:
1. A high level of classroom expertise
2. A track record of good or better teaching or has evidence of good, or better placement as part of their teacher training
3. A secure understanding of the curriculum
4. Teaching and learning approaches that have high impact on pupils vulnerable to underachieving
5. The ability to work in partnership with staff, pupils and parents
6. Willingness to work within a church school ethos
7. High expectations of pupils, colleagues and themselves
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
9. An awareness of the need to be reflective in all areas.
10. Commitment to contribute to the wider curriculum and offering enrichment opportunities to all.
11. Effectively promotes and develops the vision, aims, culture and ethos of the school
12. The ability to create an inspirational learning environment
