About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned's Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned's Club - a private members' space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a full floor of events spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Where you'll be working:

You'll be mainly based out of The Ned London, located in the beautiful old Midland Bank (there isn't a nicer building in the city, but we're biased). We're five days a week in the office, as we're very relationship-focussed and it's just not the same on a screen and you're likely to have regular travel to have face to face time with our other properties, as and when needed.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director you will:

* Lead all global, multi-channel communications to Ned's Club members - keeping them informed and inspired across email, social media, editorial, and digital platforms
* Strategise, manage, and create all member content in Ned's Club tone of voice - ensuring consistency across digital platforms, printed collateral, and in-Club messaging
* Lead on copywriting for all member-facing communications including local and global newsletters, website and app content, push notifications and collateral
* Own and implement the content calendar - delivering local and global campaigns aligned with business priorities and member engagement goals
* Manage partner relationships including agencies, journalists, influencers and content creators - ensuring high-quality content and PR opportunities
* Collaborate with local Club teams and departments including Membership, Events, Partnerships and Communications to support regional objectives and drive consistency
* Oversee and evolve member-facing digital platforms, including the members' portal and app - working closely with tech teams to ensure optimal experience
* Lead on the global social media strategy for Ned's Club increasing engagement and growing community across all Club Instagram handles
* Produce and distribute weekly global communications and content report keeping stakeholders updated on engagement, performance and opportunities

* A flexible approach - happy to collaborate across time zones and support local Clubs when needed
* A creative flair - with an instinct for curating and creating content that celebrates culture, community and the essence of Ned's Club
* A digital-first mindset - confident across CRM, content platforms, social media and working with design and production teams to deliver campaigns
