Whats the role?
Are you looking for a graduate programme, with an award-winning employer, that will challenge you to reach your full potential?
We’re looking for high-performing graduates to drive our business forward and become future leaders within our Channel Sales Division.
Show us that you have what we’re looking for, and in return we’ll provide you with world-class training to support you in taking your career to the next level with a Great Place to Work certified employer.
What You'll do
Your first role at Hilti will be the role of a Customer Service Representative. This initial landing role in customer services will arm you with the knowledge of our customers, our extensive product range and the services we offer, as well as getting to know the organisation and our ways of working - it’s a great platform on which to build your career at Hilti.
Channel Sales encompasses our Customer Service department, our internal sales team, as well as our retail network of 8 Hilti Stores across the UK, and next steps in this programme could be varied within these areas, for example Customer Services: Assistant Team Leader / Trainer; Internal Sales: Account Manager / Team Leader or Hilti Store Regional Support / Team Leader. If you perform, we’ll be looking to promote you once you’ve completed the initial 12-24month programme.
What You’ll Bring
Degree qualification in a business related degree
Potential and desire to transition to a team leader role
Some work experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Adaptability, with the ability to learn technical information quickly
Excellent communication skills
