The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Manager who is eager to develop their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This role is ideally suited to someone who has some experience in project delivery but is keen to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to support the successful delivery of digital and technology projects, with clear guidance and mentorship to help you build your skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the business
* Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify objectives
* Track project progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring visibility for the wider team
* Identify risks and issues early, escalating where needed
* Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Ensure clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Key Skills
* Organisation & Planning: Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines effectively
* Communication: Clear and confident written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Stakeholder Management: Building positive relationships and managing expectations across internal teams and clients
* Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and working collaboratively to resolve them
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in project tracking, documentation, and delivery outputs
* Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced environment
* Team Collaboration: Works well within cross-functional teams and contributes to a positive team culture
* Basic Delivery Knowledge: Understanding of project lifecycles and delivery approaches (Agile exposure beneficial but not essential)

Essential
* Some experience supporting or managing projects (e.g. in tech, digital, or consultancy environments)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude
* Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
* A genuine interest in developing a career in project management
Desirable
* Exposure to Agile or other delivery methodologies
* Experience in a client-facing role
* Familiarity with project management tools
