Customer Service/Sales Co:ordinator : Removals

Our client is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Co:ordinator to join their removals team, training will be given. A typical day will involve dealing with incoming calls and emails, booking appointments for video/field sales colleagues, creating and sending out quotes and coordinating moves.

The Role
You will be looking after customers with their shipments overseas and will be part of a team, making sure that customers receive the best possible service and fastest results that can be delivered .
What Youll Do
* Providing Customer care at the highest level
* Coordinating outbound international moves
* Dealing with exports procedures, i.e. booking containers and shipments
* Providing excellent customer service by ensuring all relevant parties are kept up to date with information required
* Creating and sending quotes
What You Need
* Strong Customer Service background
* Exceptionally organised
* Ideally 1:2 years experience in a similar role although training will be given
* Technologically proficient and familiarity with MS office software
* An ability to communicate with various people at different levels
