Volunteer Coordinator required to support an established Charity. This part time position working 30 hours a week is paying an annual salary of 23,250.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to oversee the management of all elements of the charities volunteering services.
Duties:
* Support the development of the volunteering programme
* Identify opportunities for campaigns to recruit volunteers
* Ensure promotional materials are up to date
* Raise the profile of the charities volunteering programme
* Attend volunteer workshops
* Manage a small team of volunteers

Experience required:
* Previous experience managing or coordinating volunteer programmes
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire others
* Strong organisations and time management skills
* Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
* PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
