Your Role
* Installing and servicing heat pumps, hot water cylinders, and thermal storage systems
* Carrying out general heating system installations and repairs (domestic & commercial)
* Providing on-site supervision and technical support
* Diagnosing faults and performing maintenance
* Ensuring compliance with PAS 2030, MCS, and Gas Safe standards
* Completing accurate documentation and safety reports
* Participating in overtime and call‑out rotations as needed
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in social housing or local authority projects
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills
* Familiarity with PAS 2030 standards
* Experience with unvented hot water systems and various pipework methods
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety and industry regulations
Essential Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Domestic Plumbing or equivalent
* Level 3 Award in Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC, or LCL)
* G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Certification
* Water Regulations Certificate
Desirable Extras
* Experience with HIUs, solar thermal systems, F‑Gas, electrical qualifications, and control system rewiring
