Electrician Foreman - Coleshill - £27.82 Hour
VGC Group is seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman to join our team on an exciting project based in Coleshill. This contract is available to start ASAP and will run for approximately 3 years worth of work for the successful candidate.

Qualifications: Gold ECS Card - SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
Responsibilities
Your role as an Electrician Foreman will be based in Coleshill and will include:
* Leading a team of electricians to deliver electrical installations safely and efficiently.
* Overseeing electrical works in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
* Planning and coordinating daily work schedules and materials to meet project timelines.
* Inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.
* Ensuring all electrical installations comply with BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
* Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintaining accurate records of work completed, testing results, and daily reports.
* Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring adherence to site health and safety procedures.
* Providing hands-on support where required and mentoring junior electricians.
Remuneration & Benefits
Based in Coleshill, remuneration for this role is £27.82 per hour PAYE. You will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria are met.
