* Knowledgeable in HR, payroll, or facilities management.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to supporting a school community.
Key Responsibilities as a Business Manager:
* Lead the school’s budget, finance, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage HR, payroll, and recruitment for support staff.
* Oversee school compliance, health & safety, and organisational systems.
* Manage school facilities, contracts, and maintenance.
* Collaborate closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to support school life.
* Drive improvements and solutions that enhance outcomes for staff and pupils.
