Join Vision Express at our flagship store in Brent Cross as an Assistant Store Manager and play a key role in leading a high‑performing retail team.
Working alongside the Store Manager and another Assistant Manager, you’ll help manage a team of 22, driving sales, KPIs, and exceptional customer service. You’ll bring proven performance management skills, confidently lead difficult conversations, and set clear targets to support team development.
