We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent and Development Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality group.
Whats on Offer
* Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, office-based, 9:00am–6:00pm

Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee development initiatives across the organisation.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting and selecting high-quality talent.
* Design and deliver engaging onboarding and induction programmes.
* Work closely with managers to identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives that support employee performance and career growth.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding, and training programmes.
About You
* Previous experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and stakeholder management within a professional HR or People function.
* Experience within luxury hospitality environments, including 5-star hotels, high-end establishments, or private members clubs.
* Strong organisational, communication, coaching, and project management skills.
* Ability to analyse workforce data and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
