Head of Commercial - Hybrid - Helensburgh.
I’m pleased to be supporting a well-known defence organisation with the appointment of a head of commercial. It’s a business delivering genuinely important UK programmes, with long-term stability and strategic significance.
It will be a hybrid role offering up to £95,000 base salary plus car allowance, bonus, private family healthcare and a strong overall package.
You’d be stepping into a senior leadership position overseeing a major regulated contract operating under SSCR. It’s a commercially critical role where you’ll shape pricing strategy, handle complex contract changes, manage risk and provide governance across a highly scrutinised environment. You’ll be front and centre with senior stakeholders, working closely with finance, supply chain and project teams, while leading your own commercial team and deputising for the commercial director when needed.
I’m keen to speak with experienced commercial professionals from defence or other highly regulated environments who are comfortable working under SSCR and negotiating at senior level.
