We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You will be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture. This is a full time, permanent position where you will be working an any 5 from 7 day shift pattern; the hours of work will be 14:00 - 22:00.

You'll be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. You'll also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), with the option to buy additional days for a better work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area; you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
* Proactively support site and customer continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
* With a good understanding of Health & Safety, ensure all operational processes are compliant with policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating findings
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to understand customer and company requirements, incorporating them into planning and reporting tools, activities and projects
