Are you ready to be the driving force behind customer success and business growth? In this pivotal role, you'll be the eyes and ears of our external Sales Team and Directors—translating customer needs into actionable insights and uncovering new opportunities to expand our CRM footprint.

You'll be a proactive connector, a strategic thinker, and a relentless hunter of new business. Whether you're engaging with existing clients or cold-calling fresh prospects, your mission is clear: build relationships, spark interest, and help businesses unlock the full potential of their CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Champion:
Act as the bridge between field sales and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service

Account Growth:
Use your account management expertise to retain clients and identify upsell opportunities that drive growth

Opportunity Seeker:
Cold call prospects to uncover CRM needs, pitch solutions, and meet ambitious pillar targets

Product Expert:
Become a master of your CRM pillar—attend external training, pass certifications, and stay sharp on our eSuite modules

Data Strategist:
Prepare insights and data ahead of field visits to maximise impact during client appointments

CRM Guardian:
Keep our database pristine, log calls, track outcomes, and maintain detailed records

Organised Trailblazer:
Plan your day with precision and execute with purpose.

Self-Starter:
Work independently, stay motivated, and bring energy to everything you do.

Lead Hunter:
Relentlessly pursue new CRM opportunities through strategic cold outreach.
