Location: Darby House Salary: Scale 4 Contract: 12 months fixed term Hours: 25 hours (8am-1pm Monday to Friday) We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join our Healthy Lifestyles Service. This is a customer-facing role providing essential business, administrative and project support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Healthy Lifestyles Team at Telford and Wrekin Council. Key Responsibilities Manage client referrals and enquiries via telephone, email and online systems Maintain client records on the client record system and manage shared inboxes Coordinate diaries, room bookings and advisor cover for clinics and events Update the service website and SharePoint site in line with Council procedures Prepare and distribute service information and promotional materials Support HR processes, health and safety compliance, and customer quality procedures Process invoices, monitor payments and manage budgets using Agresso Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes Handle confidential and sensitive information in line with strict protocols About You You will have: Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people Experience using Microsoft Office and other business systems Attention to detail and the ability to work independently Knowledge of health and wellbeing services is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
